Before you book
- Bring context. Team size, what is slowing delivery, and the decision you cannot get unstuck.
- Bring the person with authority. The useful conversations include someone who can act on what we find.
- Expect a straight answer. If the work is not a fit, I will say so. If it is, we will agree the sensible next step.
